What areas do you service:
We service Tampa Bay and surrounding areas.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning:
As long as our team is able to get in your house you do not need to be home. You can be there to meet us on your first service if you'd like or you can leave us a key, provide an access code, come and go or you are always welcome to stay.
What's the cost to get my home cleaned:
Our prices vary depending on many factors, size of home, pets, if you'll want any add-on services etc. Give us a call at 813-860-1524 to get a free quote.
How long does it take to clean my house:
The time spent at your house varies depending on many things. Our deep cleaning, moving cleaning and first cleaning will always take longer than our regular recurring cleanings.
Do you provide supplies or do we have too:
We bring our own supplies to all our cleanings. If you would like to use something specific for any area of your house, you are welcome to provide the product and we will use it when we are there.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning:
Our goal is to provide you with the best cleaning and we believe that communication is a key part of that. If there's ever something that is not to your liking let us know right away and we will come back out to redo the area and/or pay extra attention the following cleaning.
Do I need to prepare my house before you come clean:
We do not require you to prepare your house, however we do ask that your house is picked up before our team arrives. Our team is there to clean and the more exposed surface area they have the better your cleaning will be.
We have pets at home, are you comfortable with them being there:
Yes, your furry friends are always welcome to stay in the house with us. Most of our customers have furry friends as well as most of our teams. We only ask that we are introduced to them prior to being left with them by ourselves as they can get a little territorial with new faces.
What do you accept as payment methods/options?
We accept Check, Cash, Zelle or Venmo.
